At GLP-1, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and worldwide. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, fees, and important guidelines.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation:
- Processing takes place Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take longer. You will be notified of any delays.
- Orders placed after business hours will be handled the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping (if available): 5–7 business days.
- International Shipping: 10–25 business days depending on location and customs clearance.
Unexpected issues such as customs delays, weather, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times. We recommend tracking your shipment for updates.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions.
- Free shipping eligibility is displayed during checkout if available.
- Express delivery options may be available for an extra fee.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These are not included in shipping costs charged by GLP-1.
- Customers are responsible for paying customs duties, VAT, and local taxes.
- Refusal to pay may result in package return, with refunds issued minus shipping costs.
- We are not liable for customs processing delays.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we take care to ensure secure delivery, GLP-1 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once in transit. We will, however, assist you in working with the carrier.
- If marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local delivery office.
- For lost or stolen packages, a claim must be filed with the carrier.
- If items arrive damaged, retain packaging and contact us immediately for support.
7. Delivery Issues & Address Errors
Ensure accurate shipping details when placing your order. GLP-1 is not responsible for misdelivered orders caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Changes can only be made if the order hasn’t shipped.
- Once shipped, no address changes are possible, and recovery is the customer’s responsibility.
8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, such as incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, you may choose:
- Reshipment: The order can be resent for an additional shipping fee.
- Refund: A refund may be issued, minus the original shipping cost.
