- Statements:
“I hereby declare that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
“I hereby declare that this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the rights that are allegedly infringed.” - Contact Information: Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized representative.

We aim to review and address valid IP claims within 1–2 business days of receipt. False or misleading claims may result in penalties under the DMCA. Where necessary, we may share your notice with the party accused of infringement. Proven violations may lead to removal of the content, warnings, or suspension of the responsible account.
